Anthropic Models API

透過 Anthropic 原生協議查詢 OfoxAI 平台上可用的模型。回應格式遵循 Anthropic API 規範（type、display_name、created_at 等欄位）。

Models API 是公開介面，無需 API Key 即可呼叫。此端點回傳所有可透過 Anthropic 協議呼叫的模型，不僅限於 Claude 系列。
