Customer onboarding plan
Plan a new business customer's path from kickoff and setup to training and rollout, with owners on both sides, success criteria and milestones.
Prompt
Create a customer onboarding plan for a 300-employee US manufacturer that just bought an equipment inspection and maintenance platform. Purpose: get the customer live within 90 days, with frontline teams actually using it and early gains in inspection efficiency. Requirements: cover the account and contract overview; success goals and measures agreed with the customer; roles and responsibilities on both sides; a phased timeline for kickoff, configuration, data migration, pilot, training, full rollout and sign-off, with tasks, owners, dates and deliverables; training by role; adoption metrics and what to do if usage lags; risks and customer-side dependencies; and the acceptance and handoff plan. Clear and structured so both sides can work from it.
